Who it’s for

For businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets

Trades, service teams, startups and established companies — anyone juggling information that should live in one place.

  • Built around how your business actually works, not a generic template
  • One place for the information that’s currently spread across tools
  • Shaped in stages, so you can see and test it along the way
  • Grows with you — features can be added as the business changes

Job management

See every job, its status and who’s on it — without ringing round or chasing a group chat.

Customer portals

Let customers check their orders, documents or appointments in their own space.

Staff tools

Give the team a simple place to log time, record work and see what’s next.

Product launches

Turn an app idea into something you can test with real users and build on.

Capabilities we can scope in

Project options, not a fixed feature list. What’s included is agreed in your proposal, and integrations depend on the external platform’s available access and requirements.

  • Customer portals with individual logins
  • Job and job-status tracking
  • Staff tools and rota views
  • Business dashboards and simple reporting
  • Notifications and reminders
  • Subscription billing where it’s required
  • Data import from existing spreadsheets
  • Mobile-friendly web apps or installable mobile apps
How it works

A simple, four-stage process

No jargon, no surprise invoices. You’ll know what’s happening and what it costs at every stage.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

A conversation about your business, what’s working and what’s getting in the way.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and quote

We set out exactly what will be built, what it costs and what’s included — in writing.

  3. 03

    Design, build and review

You see progress as it happens and give feedback before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Launch and ongoing support

We help you go live and can stay involved afterwards if you’d like.

Agreed up front. Scope, deliverables and costs are agreed before work begins. Timelines are planned together rather than promised in advance.

FAQ

Custom app questions

If your question isn’t covered, ask directly — we’ll give you a straight answer.

Web app or mobile app — which do I need?

If your team mostly works at a desk, a web app is usually simpler and less expensive. If they need it in the field, a phone-friendly web app is often enough; a mobile app is worth considering when the work depends on camera, notifications or offline use. We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job.

Can it connect to software we already use?

It depends on what access the external platform provides. We’ll check what’s realistically possible and confirm it in the scope before committing.

Who owns the app and the data?

Ownership and access terms are set out in the project proposal, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what happens to your data.

Can we start small?

Yes — and it’s usually sensible. A focused first version that solves the biggest problem is easier to test and trust, then additional features can be scoped later.

Do you provide support after launch?

Optional support and maintenance can be included. Your proposal explains what’s covered, and additional changes are scoped separately.

An honest reply, usually within one working day.
