Invoxa
In testingBusiness administration and invoicing — keeping customers, jobs and payments in one tidy place.
We build professional websites, custom apps and AI tools that help businesses win work, cut paperwork and get more done.
Based in Guernsey. Working with businesses locally and beyond.
Whether you need a stronger online presence, software that fits the way you work, or help with repetitive admin — we build around your business, not the other way round.
Professional websites with clear messaging, enquiry forms, booking options and an excellent mobile experience.
Custom web and mobile applications for managing customers, jobs, teams or launching a new product.
AI receptionists that answer calls, capture enquiries and help book appointments — plus tools that turn voice notes, photos and documents into quotes and reports.
Most businesses don’t need more software. They need the right software in the right place. These are the everyday problems we hear most often — and what a practical fix looks like.
AI with a human in the loop. Every AI-generated quote, report or summary can be reviewed and edited before it goes anywhere near a customer.
Choose what matters most right now and we’ll show you what a project could look like.
A clearer website with strong messaging, quick-loading pages and enquiry forms that actually reach you — not a buried inbox nobody checks.
Example capabilities — every project is scoped to what your business actually needs.
Real apps you can use today, plus projects we’re still shaping. Live apps are linked directly; everything else is shown as a concept preview.
Business administration and invoicing — keeping customers, jobs and payments in one tidy place.
Estimating and quoting for trades — build a clear quote on site instead of writing it up at night.
AI calorie tracking — describe or photograph a meal and get an estimate to review.
Proof of condition — before-and-after records of goods or property at handover.
AI-assisted business documentation — turn notes and photos into organised reports ready for review.
Fictional interface visuals are illustrative concepts. Work is only described as completed or live when it has been verified.
No jargon, no surprise invoices. You’ll know what’s happening and what it costs at every stage.
A conversation about your business, what’s working and what’s getting in the way.
We set out exactly what will be built, what it costs and what’s included — in writing.
You see progress as it happens and give feedback before anything goes live.
We help you go live and can stay involved afterwards if you’d like.
Agreed up front. Scope, deliverables and costs are agreed before work begins. Timelines are planned together rather than promised in advance.
A website or app is rarely “finished”. Businesses change, and the software should keep up. We offer optional hosting, maintenance and support in plain language — you choose whether you need them.
Your proposal defines exactly what’s included. Anything additional is scoped and agreed separately, so there are no hidden extras.
Talk through your optionsKeeping your site or app online, secure and up to date.
Small changes, fixes and improvements as your business evolves.
A direct line for questions when something needs attention.
Scoped and quoted separately, only when you need them.
If your question isn’t here, just ask — an honest answer costs nothing.
Ask your questionYes. We’re based in Guernsey but work with clients remotely. Calls, reviews and handovers all happen online, and we keep you updated as the project progresses.
A website presents your business to customers and captures enquiries. A web app is software used through a browser — for example, managing jobs or clients. A mobile app is installed on a phone. We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job.
Often, yes. We can review what you have and recommend whether improving it is the sensible route or whether rebuilding would serve you better. That recommendation is part of the first conversation.
Pricing depends on the scope: what needs building, how much it integrates with existing systems and how complex the workflows are. You’ll receive a written quote before any work begins, and anything outside that scope is agreed separately.
Optional hosting, maintenance and support can be included. Your proposal sets out exactly what is covered. If you prefer to host elsewhere, we can discuss that too.
It depends on what access the external platform provides. We’ll assess the software you rely on and confirm what’s realistically possible before committing to it in the scope.
We’ll read it properly and reply to arrange a short, no-obligation conversation about what you need. From there you’ll get a clear view of possible next steps — with no pressure to proceed.
AI outputs can be wrong, so we design tools where a person reviews and edits everything before it reaches a customer. What data is used, how it’s handled and any compliance requirements are agreed in the project proposal.
Tell us what you want to build or improve. We’ll help you work out a practical next step.
An honest reply, usually within one working day.
